Radiatori di Semola di Grano Duro (Durum Wheat Semolina Radiators) 500gr

This stubby pasta shape is cylindrical, short, and meant to resemble a radiator, giving it the name ‘radiatore’. Although it is often thought that this pasta shape was designed by an industrial designer in the 60’s it was actually invented between the first and second world war. Thanks to their unusual shape, ‘Radiatori’ are great with any sauce and also work well in pasta salads.
