A special production process with bronze dies makes the surface of the pasta rough and porous, suitable for binding with all sauces, while the slow drying enhances the qualities of the durum wheat semolina that we have carefully selected. The RawPasta Selection pasta is produced according to our recipe in the region near Salerno, the cradle of the best Italian tradition of artisanal pasta.
