RawPasta Selection – Tagliatelle
A great classic of Emilian cuisine. Tagliatella is a pasta format particularly suitable for first courses with mushrooms, truffles, salmon, cream and ham, sausage and saffron, ragù and game and a thousand other variations thanks to their versatility. They are also excellent in meat broth and fantastic alone seasoned only with melted butter and parmesan cheese. The semolina we have selected and the roughness of the surface make them unique.
