Capelli d’Angelo 500gr
This long and thin pasta is called ‘Capelli d’Angelo’, literally meaning ‘angel hair.’ It is typical of Genova and Naples but also very commonly used in Slovenia. This pasta is perfect for soups and is loved by kids prepared with butter and parmesan, and it is great for weaning for babies.
