Paccheri Integrali (Wholemeal Paccheri) 500gr

This is a short whole-grain pasta shape which is ridged and straight. ‘Paccheri’ is a typical Neapolitan pasta. This pastas name comes from the dialect ‘pacca’ which means to pat or to slap in a friendly way with no hostile intentions, a classic Neapolitan gesture. ‘Paccheri’ are great with tomato sauce or stuffed and baked in the oven.
