Paccheri 500gr

‘Paccheri’ is a typical Neapolitan pasta. It is a short pasta shape, it is ridged and straight. This pastas name comes from the dialect ‘pacca’ which means to pat or to slap in a friendly way with no hostile intentions, a classic Neapolitan gesture. ‘Paccheri’ are great with tomato sauce or stuffed and baked in the oven.
