This large pasta shape is curved upon itself; its shape gives it the name ‘Gobbone’, meaning ‘hunchback’. This pasta will be the protagonist of any dish, it works well with meat sauces such as ragù and Gulash, but it is exceptional when baked with ‘Quattro Formaggi’ sauce.
