Pack of 1Kg “Caserecci” and 1.2Kg “Ragu”
The “Caserecci” are a smooth shape of pasta rolled on itself like a small parchment, curved towards the tip, perfect for capturing our Ragù, prepared according to the traditional recipe of the Nonne dell’Emilia Romagna: minced meat (beef and pork ), fresh sausage, tomato paste, the “Holy Trinity” (celery, carrots and onions), all cooked over low heat for 12 hours with lots of love. Please, don’t call him “Bolognese”, otherwise he won’t answer you, he’s a sensitive type … That’s why in Italy we all call him Ragù and that’s it!
