Carbonara sauce 370gr 3/4 portions
This super famous roman dish is made with egg yolks, pecorino, black pepper, and guanciale (pork cheek preserved with salt and spices). We have used the traditional recipe, the same one that any Italian would make for you in their homes. All you have to do is ‘sudare’ the chopped guanciale in a pan until It is cooked, then add the pasta once it is cooked and mix with some pasta water. Take the pan off the flame and add the carbonara sauce and mix until creamy, finish by adding some pecorino and a sprinkle of black pepper. Buon appetito!
