Lasagne all’Emiliana 4/6 portions
Following the original recipe from Emilia-Romagna, we made this lasagna with five layers of fresh pasta, ragù, bechamel, mozzarella and Parmigiano. Be careful, an Italian nonna could appear at your table!
Ingredients and allergens: Durum wheat semolina, type 1 flour, eggs, beef, pork, carrots, celery, onions, tomato paste, red wine, nutmeg, milk, butter, salt, parmesan (milk, salt, rennet and lysozome from egg), mozzarella.
Preparation time: 48 hours.
The product can be frozen.
