Cannelloni di Carne 4/6 portions
Cannelloni are large pasta cylinders that can be filled with anything, we used our ragù, covered them in tomato sauce, bechamel and Parmigiano, and baked everything in the oven. Perfect for a Sunday with family or a feast with friends.
Ingredients and allergens: Durum wheat semolina, type 1 flour, eggs, beef, pork, carrots, celery, onions, tomato paste, red wine, nutmeg, milk, butter, salt, parmesan (milk, salt, rennet and lysozome from egg), mozzarella.
Preparation time: 24 hours.
The product can be frozen.
