CASERECCI AL RAGU’

Kratek tip testenin valjanih kot majhen pergament, z ragujem, mešanico mletega mesa (goveje in svinjsko meso), LJUBEZENI, paradižnikovega koncentrata, zelene, korenja in čebule, počasi kuhane na nizkem ognju 12 ur, kot je to v tradicionalnem receptu babic Emilije Romagna.
