Traditional Friulian Salami 350g (approximately)
This traditional salami is made with the most prestigious pork meat ground to medium grain with pancetta and lard. The fatty part of the salami is always less than 20% compared to lean beef, making it light cured meat. It is soft and tasty and can be enjoyed in many ways. Try it with some toasted bread and butter as a snack.
