Pecorino Sardo – Sardinian sheep’s milk cheese 500gr (approximately)
This cheese is produced with whole milk from sheep in Sardinia. The strong and slightly spicy taste makes it unique and a great ingredient. It is perfect as a starter with some mixed cured meats and our grape mustard. If grated on pasta, it makes for a flavourful and tasty addition. Pecorino also has excellent nutritional value; it is protein-rich and packed with Omega 3 and 6.
