Panettone, an iconic Italian dessert, is an indispensable part of holiday traditions that delights gourmets around the world. This famous sweet bread (or Christmas cake) boasts a soft, light dough made with natural leavening and carefully selected ingredients. Its characteristic domed shape and rich flavor are the result of centuries of tradition and love for cooking.
On our counter, Christmas arrives with five panettoni, each with its own personality: the Traditional, the one that needs no introduction (proper candied oranges and raisins); the Chocolate, hiding a creamy heart that derails any self-control; the Pistachio, green, velvety, and unapologetically vain; the Apple, Cinnamon & Almonds, which tastes like grandma’s kitchen but with a raised eyebrow; and the Hazelnut, a soft Piedmontese hug shaped like a festive dome. Five characters, one mission: make you say, “Alright… I’ll take another one.”
