“Pric-prac” peppers in Olive Oil 240 gr

The “pric prac” peppers are a typical specialty of the Apulian territory between Molfetta and Giovinazzo. They were named after the characteristic noise produced by fresh peppers when they were cut into strips with scissors. They are then scalded in water and vinegar, seasoned with fresh aromas of garlic, parsley and chilli, with the addition of good Apulian olive oil. Excellent as a side dish orfilling for sandwiches. They are very popular for the pleasant spicy taste
